Restaurant Empòrium, awarded a MICHELIN Star, MICHELIN Green Star and two Repsol Suns, located in the 3-star gastronomy hotel of the same name, reflects the hard work of the Jordà family, devoted to the world of hospitality since 1965. At the head of the kitchen, you will find the twin brothers Màrius and Joan Jordà, well supported in the dining room by their father Salvador Jordà.

We offer two menus to enjoy our surf and turf cuisine without sacrificing modern touches, highlighting the flavors of the Empordà region, always based on local and sustainable products.

This is how we try to connect all the elements that surround us to create a cuisine that is both seasonal and inspired by the natural landscape of the Alt Empordà; simple but essential; evolving and humble, but authentic. A cuisine that must reflect our philosophy, opening up our local universe to everyone.

At Restaurant Empòrium, we have a private room with a maximum capacity of 10 people so you can enjoy our cuisine in a spacious, private, intimate, and open space.

Schedules and reservation conditions

Restaurant Empòrium entrance times: 13:15 h to 14:00 h and 20:15 h to 21:00 h

Dining room service hours: 13:15 h to 16:45 h and 20:15 h to 23:30 h

We remind you that tasting menus are available until 14:00 h and 21:00 h and will be served to the entire table.


Weekly rest:

  • From October to May: closed all day on Mondays and on Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights.
  • June and second half of September: closed all day on Monday and Sunday night.
  • July, August and first half of September: closed all day on Mondays (except long weekends and holidays).
  • Annual leave period: from 2 January to 23 January 2025; from 13 October to 3 November 2025.

Reservations are made exclusively online, unless you have a gift voucher.

The reservation will only be confirmed when you receive confirmation.

If you have a gift voucher, you must make the reservation by phone or email (from Tuesday to Sunday at noon).

* When making your reservation, you will be invited to choose which of our two gastronomic experiences you would like to enjoy.

* A valid credit card will be requested to secure your booking.

* We kindly ask our guests to follow the appropriate dress code.

* We appreciate your punctuality. Please note that in case of delay, we may not be able to serve the full tasting menu.

* All guests seated in the restaurant are kindly asked to order from the menu.

* If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please inform us when making your reservation. Without prior notice, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to adapt the menu. Due to the nature of our cuisine — deeply rooted in both sea and land — we are unable to adapt our tasting menus to vegetarian or vegan diets.

* For severe food allergies or intolerances, we kindly ask you to contact the restaurant before making your reservation, as unfortunately we are not able to accommodate all cases.

* Please note that we do not accept children under 5 years of age. If you are dining with children, they must occupy a seat and order from the menu.
