Restaurant Empòrium, awarded a MICHELIN Star, MICHELIN Green Star and two Repsol Suns, located in the 3-star gastronomy hotel of the same name, reflects the hard work of the Jordà family, devoted to the world of hospitality since 1965. At the head of the kitchen, you will find the twin brothers Màrius and Joan Jordà, well supported in the dining room by their father Salvador Jordà.
We offer two menus to enjoy our surf and turf cuisine without sacrificing modern touches, highlighting the flavors of the Empordà region, always based on local and sustainable products.
This is how we try to connect all the elements that surround us to create a cuisine that is both seasonal and inspired by the natural landscape of the Alt Empordà; simple but essential; evolving and humble, but authentic.
