* When making your reservation, you will have to decide which of the two experiences we offer you would like to enjoy; you will also be required to have a valid bank card to make the reservation.
* We require punctuality and correct dress code. In case of delay, the full menu may not be served.
* All diners in the restaurant are required to consume.
* If you have any dietary restrictions, please note them when booking. If you are not informed, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to adapt the menu. Due to our philosophy of cuisine based on the sea and the mountains, we do not adapt our tasting menus to the needs of vegetarians and vegans.
* For SEVERE RESTRICTIONS please contact the restaurant before booking as we cannot accommodate all cases.
* Children under 5 years old are not allowed. If you come with children and occupy a seat as a diner, they must consume their food in the restaurant.

CANCELLATION POLICY
WEBSITE RATE
In low and mid season, if cancelled up to two days in advance, the hotel will not charge anything. If cancelled less than 48 hours before arrival or no-show, the hotel will charge 100% of the total reservation.
* For stays from August 1 to 23, the amount of the first night will be charged at the time of booking, and this will not be refunded in the event of cancellation.
** Single rooms cannot be cancelled. In case of cancellation the total amount of the reservation will be lost (valid for the entire season)
Payment: 24 hours before arrival, the first night will be automatically charged to the card used during the booking process.
NON-REFUNDABLE RATE

GENERAL CONDITIONS:
Prices valid except for typographical errors.
Hotel Restaurant Empòrium reserves the right to correct any discrepancy that arises when the system calculates the rate. In this case, the hotel will notify the customer, as soon as possible, of the correct rate. The customer can accept the change or cancel the reservation without charge.
TOURIST TAX
The reservation price does NOT include the tourist tax.
From 01.04.2026 the price of the tourist tax will be €0.99 per person per day (maximum 7 days) for those over 16 years of age, to be paid directly at the hotel reception on the day of arrival.
CHILDREN
Adults Only Hotel, from 16 years old.
The Hotel does not have cots, nor do babies sleep in the same bed as their parents.
EXTRA BED:
€55, on request and subject to availability in comfort plus room and junior suite. Only on request by email or phone
CHECK-IN:
From 2pm to 9:30pm (Sundays from 2pm to 5pm)
**In case of late arrival, guests must communicate by telephone, under no circumstances will we accept guests arriving later than 10 pm to check-in.
CHECK OUT:
from 7:30am to 11:30am, if the client has to leave earlier they must notify the night before.
RECEPTION HOURS:
From 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. (Sundays until 5pm)
We do not have a 24-hour reception.
OTHER INFORMATION
Non-smoking hotel, smoking must be done outside on the street, or on the terrace of the café-bistro, smoking is not allowed on the balconies.
Pets are not accepted.
Surfboards, kite surfs, bicycles, scooters, skateboards, etc. are not allowed in the rooms.
