Every other tool in the kitchen is but an extension of the hands’ ability to control it and use it to the advantage of a cooking process.
Manoeuvre was created by artist Ralph Bernabei in homage to the hand that’s cooking in the kitchen at Restaurant Empòrium in Castelló d'Empúries. To date one Michelin star, one green star and two Repsol suns.

How do I receive it?
You can pick it up at the Empòrium hotel restaurant; or you can receive it at your home assuming a cost of 10 euros per unit sent.
