The Bistrot 1965 represents the essence of our origin, these popular origins. It's where we come from. A concept of traditional cuisine that also evolves.

The menu offered by the bistro focuses on the product of our environment, the Alt Empordà. It includes traditional preparations with modern touches. It is a kitchen that we can define as a kitchen of a lifetime, with roots and with the tastes of the Empordà, which seeks the balance between tradition and the knowledge acquired during these years.

The bistro menu changes at the pace set by the product.

 

In this space, outside meal times, you can also have a coffee, a breakfast, sweets, various drinks and natural infusions.

· From October to May closed Monday all day and nights of Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

· June and last two weeks of September closed Monday all day and Sunday night. 

· July, August and first two week of September closed Monday all day.
